Shipping policy

All Koa Kollective orders are made to order. Please allow 7–10 business days for production before your order is dispatched.

We currently ship within South Africa only. Orders are shipped via Courier Guy with an estimated delivery time of 2–5 business days after dispatch.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please note that production and shipping times are estimates and may vary during busy periods.
