Refund & Return Policy

At Koa Kollective, each pair of pants is made to order just for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges on customised or made-to-order items unless the product arrives damaged or defective.

If your order arrives with a fault, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your email] with a photo of the issue and your order number. We'll make it right.

For non-customised items, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn and in its original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Please note that as all items are made to order, we are unable to offer refunds due to change of mind.
